Jessica Berliner is an integrative nutritionist with a focus on wellness-based nutrition. She graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, with a Master’s in Integrative Nutrition and also holds a Bachelor’s in Nutrition from New York University. She has a passion for food and its role in optimizing wellness. Her approach to nutrition is to find a sustainable and individualized plan for each person she works with because there is no such thing as a perfect diet. She not only addresses the foods that people put in their bodies but also their exercise, stress management, supplement routine, and whatever other factors are helping to guide someone’s health journey.
