Personalized. Preventative. Powerful.
At every stage of life, from the reproductive years through perimenopause and beyond, women face unique and often under-recognized health challenges. Hormonal shifts can negatively impact longevity because they affect mood, libido, energy, metabolism, memory, mental clarity, heart health, sleep, and skin, yet hormone testing is rarely included in routine medical care.
At CorAeon, we’re changing that.
We believe that optimal hormone balance is essential for how you feel today and how you age tomorrow.
Women at any point in their lives can benefit from a consultation with the women’s health team to ask questions and express concerns.
Support at Every Age
Be in control of your health at any stage of your life. Whether you’re navigating your first menstrual cycle, preparing for pregnancy, managing fertility, anticipating perimenopause, or seeking vibrant health through menopause and beyond, CorAeon’s Women’s Health Team is here for you.
Our care is personalized and grounded in science. For more than 2 decades, Dr. Chana Zablocki has successfully integrated functional medicine with conventional medicine, helping hundreds of women understand and manage their hormonal health and address concerns that might have been overlooked or dismissed.
We welcome women at any stage of their hormonal journey and recommend a wellness visit along with a hormonal bloodwork panel as a proactive step for monitoring, prevention, and optimal aging.
Dr. Zablocki and her team specialize in uncovering the root causes of:
- Irregular periods, painful cycles, or hormonal acne
- Fatigue, brain fog, or poor sleep
- Low libido, vaginal dryness, or painful intercourse
- Weight changes or difficulty losing weight
- Mood swings, anxiety, or burnout
- A sense that “something’s off” even when labs are “normal”
- Unbalanced hormone levels and what they mean
- PCOS, perimenopause, menopause, or fertility challenge
- breast cancer risk, cardiovascular disease, and osteoporosis
Your initial visit includes:
- Comprehensive Intake & Diagnostic Testing
- In-depth medical history and symptom mapping
- Lifestyle and cycle-based assessment
- Advanced hormone blood panel (estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA-S, FSH, LH, AMH, TSH). Depending on the findings, additional testing may be recommended, such as thyroid function tests or nutrient deficiencies.
- Cycle-specific timing for accuracy (typically days 3–5 or 1 week after ovulation)
- Estrogen metabolism and detoxification testing (for breast cancer risk reduction)
- Optional salivary and urine testing for select cases
- strength assessment via CorAeon’s tools (InBody 970, VALD, etc.)
- Customized treatment plan, including BHRT when appropriate
- Nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle interventions to support hormonal balance
- Fertility and cycle support when needed
- Hormonal health can fluctuate over time, so regular follow-ups and assessments are essential to ensure that the chosen interventions are effective and to adjust the plan as needed.
- A 2-month follow-up visit is followed by a 3-month check-in visit to optimize care.
Take the next step in your health journey- schedule a consultation with CorAeon Women’s Health and be part of the future of personalized, preventive women’s care.
Importance of the Functional Medicine Approach
- Root Cause Resolution: Functional medicine emphasizes understanding and addressing the root causes of health issues rather than merely treating symptoms. This approach can lead to more effective and personalized treatment strategies.
- Individualized Care: Each person’s hormonal health is unique and individualized. This questionnaire allows for a tailored approach based on individual symptoms, lifestyle, and health history.
- Empowerment: By understanding their hormonal health, women can make informed decisions about their lifestyle choices, dietary changes, and potential treatments. This empowerment is key to achieving better health outcomes.
